The Faculty of Arts & Humanities invites you to attend and support there
Mental Health Awareness Campaign
starting Sunday, 24th February (week 3 to week 10).
This series of weekly activities is meant to increase the staff and students’ awareness of different psycho-social phenomena that will enhance their mental health and create a more healthy and resilient society.
Each week will include a talk about a different topic that will be announced on weekly basis.
There will also be a booth beside the Library for activities supporting the campaign.
The first talk will be held on Tuesday 26th of February, from 3:00:-4:00 pm and will be about:
"Breaking The Stigma & Labelling"
The Second talk will be held on from 3rd to 7th of March and will be about:
"Anti-Bullying Awareness"
The third talk will be held on Tuesday 12th of March, from 2:00:-4:00 pm and will be about:
"Memory and Emotion"
The fourth talk will be held on Sunday 17th March, at 2:00 pm and will be about:
“Unveiling the Mystery of Eating Behaviour”
The fifth talk will be held on Tuesday 19th March, at 2:00 pm and will be about:
"Know the Difference: Do I need help? When do I need help?”
The Sixth talk will be held on Tuesday, 9th April at 2:00 pm and will be about:
"Healthy Relationships: Is Your Relationship Healthy "
in the Psychology Department (Lecture Hall 2, Building 13)
